Freight Rate Increase Notice – Afghanistan Route
Dear Valued Customers,
We would like to inform you that due to severe congestion and operational disruptions at the borders of Milak, Islam Qala, and Mahirood, freight rates for shipments to Afghanistan have increased significantly.
In addition, the shortage of drivers and the overlap with the holy month of Ramadan have further impacted transportation capacity and scheduling.
Furthermore, due to the closure of the Afghanistan–Pakistan border, a large portion of cargo is currently being routed via Bandar Abbas Port to Afghanistan. This change in transit route has resulted in a noticeable increase in transportation costs.
